Bzobkr Limited Warranty

At Bzobkr, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our toys. We offer a 90-Day Limited Warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

  • Scope of Warranty: This warranty covers any confirmed functional defects or structural issues resulting from materials or manufacturing processes.

  • Remedy: If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, Bzobkr will, at our discretion, provide a replacement part, a full replacement of the item, or a full refund at no additional cost to the customer.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, accidental breakage, normal wear and tear, or modifications made by the customer.

  • How to Claim: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at info@Bzobkr.com with your Order ID and clear photographic evidence of the defect. Our team in Gilbert, Arizona will review your request within 2 business days.
